Caroline Lewis

Caroline Lewis has been serving as the Community Engagement Manager at the Pima County Health Department (PCHD) since August 2023. In this role, she supports PCHD in engaging diverse organizations and community members to identify and address public health issues in Pima County, and she oversees County-wide health improvement processes, including the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP).

Prior to working at PCHD, Caroline was a Program Manager at United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona. She was also a youth development Peace Corps volunteer in Ukraine from 2018 to 2020. Caroline received her master’s degree in development practice from the University of Arizona in 2022, and her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Boston College in 2018. 

Caroline serves on several other boards, including the First Things First Pima South Regional Council and Tucson Young Professionals. In her free time, she enjoys staying active at F45, reading, traveling, and trying new Tucson restaurants.
