Trevor Ledbetter

Trevor Ledbetter, MBA, serves as Senior Director of the University of Arizona Office of Sustainability, where he provides strategic leadership for the university's sustainability goals and initiatives. He is passionate about connecting campus operations with student learning, leveraging the university and broader community as a living laboratory to prepare future leaders while advancing meaningful institutional change.

Under Trevor's leadership, the university has reduced greenhouse gas emissions by nearly 40%. He also co-chaired the development of the inaugural Sustainability and Climate Action Plan, establishing goals across energy, water, procurement, and educational outcomes. As a core member of the team creating the university's Office of Integrated Campus Planning, Trevor is leading the development of the institution's 10-Year Long Range Development Framework, helping shape how the university grows, invests, and plans for the future.

Trevor serves as Vice Chair of the City of Tucson Environmental Services Advisory Committee and previously served on Mayor Regina Romero's Climate Action Advisory Council, which helped guide the development of the City of Tucson's Climate Action and Adaptation Plan. He is also a former member of the Tucson Young Professionals Advisory Committee.

A proud University of Arizona alumnus, Trevor holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences, and a Master of Business Administration.
