Kathryn Richards

Kathryn is originally from England and has happily called Tucson home since 2021. After a brief stint as a first-grade teacher, she began her career in philanthropy in 2010. Since then, she has worked for organizations of all sizes, in fundraising roles united by a common thread: connecting people with the causes they care about most. Driven by her natural curiosity, Kathryn enjoys learning about people, their experiences, and the passions that inspire their giving.
She holds a BA in Middle Eastern Studies and Arabic from the University of Exeter, and an MBA from the University of New Mexico. In the evenings and at weekends, you’ll likely find her training in functional fitness or trying her best on a rock climbing wall.
