About the Presenter

Sharon Eisenmanns is a human resources executive and consultant with more than 30 years of leadership experience across higher education and nonprofit organizations. Since 2019, she has provided HR consulting services to nonprofits and colleges nationwide, specializing in leadership development, organizational design, salary architecture, policy administration, talent management, and employee engagement.
Her career includes 15 years as Chief Human Resources Officer at Saint Joseph’s University and 10 years in the same role at Gwynedd Mercy University. She holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Education and has completed the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification program and exam.
